Important information for your hire

To make your hire even easier, we’ve created this page which answers all your questions and provides you with the right information.

For all your required information, please see below.

Insurance:
Insurance is included in the hire cost of the caravan.
Damage up to $1000 will be covered by your $1,000 bond. See terms and conditions for details.

Calculation of Hire Days:
Caravan hires are calculated on a daily basis.

The caravans are available from 9am (on the start date) until 5pm on the finishing date.

If you require a late pick up or next day early return, contact us.

Pick Up:
Brisbane: 558 Grieve Rd, Rochedale QLD 4123

Allow around 45 minutes to 1 hour for pick-up.
This gives us enough time to help connect the caravan, test connections, and provide you with important information.

Delivery:
We are happy to deliver and setup the caravan at your requested location.

Note: there are limitations with extension cords (15amp and 20m) & hose lengths (10m). If these limitations affect you in any way, let us know. If required, we will provide extra equipment.

Caravan Braking Systems :
Over-run brakes are fitted to all of our caravans.

Awning Care:
All caravans are fitted with awnings. Instructions will be issued upon pickup for proper operation and maintenance of the awning.

Fridges:
All caravans are equipped with three-way fridges.

A three-way fridge can run on three various systems:

  • 240 volt AC  (power supplied from mains power)
  • 12 volt DC (car battery – auxiliary power wire must be installed)
  • Gas (gas cylinders included in caravan hire)

Note: these fridges require 4-5 hours to cool. When towing also ensure the gas is turned off .

Toilet:
Each caravan features an en-suite with a cassette toilet.

Most noteworthy: Cassette cartridges must be emptied at a dump site or regular toilet to avoid an automatic cleaning fee.
